Job description

Responsibilities: Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior projects. Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities. Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows. Prepare and submit claims for payment. Develop and maintain detailed records of project costs and progress. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and effective project delivery. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Provide expert advice and guidance on cost-related matters to project teams.
