Job description

Responsibilities: Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior projects. Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities. Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows. Prepare and submit claims for payment. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress against budget and schedule. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress against budget and schedule. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
