Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer (m/f/d)

Proactive commercial management and administration of all assigned subcontractsSupport in tenders and awarding of contracts; acceptance and administration of assigned subcontractsTracking of changes (e.g., due to construction modifications) and negotiation of change ordersReview of progress reports, payment applications, and claimsMonthly valuation of performed services (quantities and values); preparation of budget forecasts and projectionsParticipation in meetings (e.g., site management, change control, risk management)Keeping comprehensive records to safeguard against disputesPreparation of monthly reports and cost forecastsSupport in the termination of subcontractsComparison of budgets for the as-is state with budgets for the sales stateGildas Djomen Sound project experience in the industry (preferably in the energy sector)Sound experience in subcontract managementProficiency in technical software (Autodesk and Bluebeam) to measure the projectKnowledge of contracts, cost control, MS Office 365Very good English and ideally another language (e.g., German, French, Italian)Driver's license class B required Renowned, international client With our many years of recruitment experience and our knowledge of the engineering personnel market, we offer specialists and managers from the engineering and technical fields a strong partnership.
