Responsibilities Collaborate with AI researchers to design, train, and validate trading strategies using AI models. Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies. Monitor and analyze trading performance, identifying areas for improvement. Optimize and refine existing AI models for improved trading outcomes. Stay current with market trends, trading strategies, and technological advancements. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in quantitative trading or algorithmic trading. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++. Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
