Quantitative Developer (C++, Crypto, DeFi)

Your Role As a key member of the Crypto Trading Technology team, you will: - Design, develop, and optimize the quantitative technology stack supporting systematic trading strategies. - Build and maintain front-office systems covering data pipelines, risk management, live trading, post-trade operations, and infrastructure. - Collaborate closely with quants and traders to deploy, monitor, and automate 24/7 trading strategies. - Integrate with DeFi venues and manage real-time on-chain data feeds. - Work on greenfield developments while also enhancing an existing advanced trading platform. - Mentor junior engineers and uphold exceptional coding and architectural standards. Your Profile - 3 to 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in a trading or quantitative environment. - Strong expertise in C++; Python proficiency is a plus. - Background in systematic or algorithmic trading is an advantage. - Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in crypto and DeFi ecosystems. - Deep understanding of real-time, high-performance systems and scalable architecture design. - Commitment to clean code, testing, and continuous integration practices. - Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS is a plus.
