- Daily reporting of results and quality discrepancies
- Training employees of the company on quality aspects and creating quality instructions
- Releasing the first piece
- Risk analysis for a product from a quality perspective
- Making decisions about maintaining production continuity in case of irregularities, stopping the production line if necessary
- Auditing production processes under 5 S
