RESPONSIBILITY FOR QUALITY

Responsibilities:
Subordinate to the hierarchical manager of the unit

Guarantees the quality provided to our clients;

Coordinates the quality department daily and meetings for improvement;
Monitors compliance with standard requirements in order to improve product and process quality;
Responds to the elaboration and execution of internal and external audit plans, and assists auditors in realizing audits within the company as a representative of management;

Elaborates indicators that allow for measuring the level of quality, ensures tracking and communication of indicators;
Responds to monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits and reporting the results of these actions to management organization;
Elaborates and follows specific documents in order to respect procedures;
Identifies quality deficiencies and keeps evidence of deviations from quality, causes thereof, and establishes measures for remediation, which are brought to the attention of unit leadership, following realization of decisions taken;
Coooperates for improving product/service quality;
Reports and rejects products that do not meet quality standards;
Analyzes complaints about quality from beneficiaries and takes operational measures to eliminate deficiencies in production activity;
Verifies compliance with quality requirements according to control documentation;
Verifies parts, process parameters, and validates approval files;
Systatically tracks parts on the production flow;
Analyzes non-conforming or suspect products for identifying causes and necessary actions;
Izolates non-conforming parts (both from the production flow and received from suppliers), documents nonconformities found in order to report them;
Registers and centralizes rejections;
