Job Description: Quality Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Quality Technician to join our production team. If you are a detail-oriented person, responsible, and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative work environment, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality control of products and manufacturing processes, so that finished products meet technical specifications and internal and external standards, with the goal of minimizing defects and losses, and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Identify deficiencies, non-conformities, and their causes, develop corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes
• Participate in internal/external quality audits, prepare for audits, and implement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms

Candidates:

• Previous experience in quality control represents an advantage
• Degree completed;
• Availability to work in 3 shifts;
• Availability to work on foot;
• Attention to detail;
• Knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office)
