Quality Support Automotive (M/W/D)

In this role, you will support our customers directly on the production line. You will inspect faulty components, make sound decisions, and help to ensure quality standards in vehicle assembly daily, with clear responsibility, short reaction time, and a lot of impact. Your Tasks Inspection/evaluation of faulty components on the production line including photo documentation Identify causes of damage: supplier vs. customer process Capture & maintain quality data Create test and inspection reports, trigger quarantines/spare parts Prepare & accompany immediate measures (containment, rework, sorting) Interface with the quality department, production, logistics, and suppliers to provide clear, fact-based feedback Support in complaints (provide data, verify facts) Participate in test plans, instructions & checklists (maintenance/optimization) Key figure reporting (e.g. ppm, first defect, repeat defect) and trend analysis Your Profile Technical education (e.g. Kfz-Mechatroniker/in, Mechatroniker/in, Industriemechaniker/in, Werkzeugmechaniker/in, Elektroniker/in etc.) or comparable long-term experience (possible lateral entry) Secure technical understanding in production/automotive; quality foundations are familiar to you Experience in inspection, measurement/testing or fault analysis is desirable Routine in digital systems (MS Office); solid PC skills Analytical thinking, pragmatic in the shop floor, sovereign communication Hands-on mentality, high accuracy, sense of responsibility German secure in word and writing; English is an advantage Your Benefits Fixed employment relationship A sympathetic team with flat hierarchies Internal technical further education Fundamental induction plan Personal working time account 30 days' holiday Support for occupational pension provision Employee discounts: discounts at numerous partners At the redi-Group, you can expect a challenging, highly autonomous and varied activity in a modern, innovative service environment.
