You will work closely with suppliers to ensure high levels of compliance and contribute directly to operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections at suppliers' facilities to evaluate component quality.
• Foster quality reviews with suppliers to discuss performance.
• Request and track detailed corrective actions in cases of non-compliance or recurring issues.
• Evaluate overall supplier quality performance and propose improvement paths.
• Provide visibility to management on quality issues (presentations, follow-ups, etc.).

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical diploma in aerospace engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality or supplier assurance.
• Experience in the aerospace sector (asset).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with direct interactions with suppliers.
• Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Availability for local and international travel, sometimes on short notice.
