Quality Specialist - Ref. 99741

On behalf of a solid Italian company operating in the engineering, certification, and highly specialized technical services sector, we are looking for a Quality Specialist.

The selected candidate will contribute to the management and improvement of the company's Quality System, supporting activities related to maintaining accreditations and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. Working closely with the Quality Manager and various company departments, they will be involved in audit activities, system documentation management, and quality process oversight.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Supporting the planning, organization, and reporting of internal and third-party audits;
• Collaborating on activities aimed at maintaining company accreditations and managing notifications in regulatory and voluntary domains;
• Managing the publication, updating, and maintenance of Quality Management System documentation;
• Collaborating with the Quality Manager and technical departments to achieve quality objectives and continuous improvement;
• Monitoring the compliance of company processes with regulatory requirements and applicable standards.

We wish to connect with candidates preferably holding an Engineering degree, who have gained at least five years of experience in Quality within structured environments. A good knowledge of the main accreditation standards and relevant international documents (EA, ILAC, and IAF) is required, as well as a good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

The profile will be completed by a methodical and precision-oriented approach, organizational and priority management skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and communication skills, predisposed to teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders from different company departments, with a strong orientation towards continuous improvement and objective achievement.

Salary Range: € 35,000 - € 45,000
