Quality Specialist Quality Specialist Role Overview The Quality Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Otis Switzerland Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, Otis's standards, and OPXL requirements. The role plays a key part in driving quality excellence across the organization, supporting the field organization, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement. Key Objectives Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, Otis's standards, and OPXL requirements. Ensure compliance to regulatory and industry standards. Develop and implement quality objectives and targets that align with business goals. Conduct internal audits and management reviews to ensure effective implementation of the QMS. Identify and address non-conformities and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and coaching to employees on quality principles, procedures, and best practices. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related role. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
