Quality Specialist
Job description
Job Responsibilities: 1. Identify quality control points, develop and implement quality control plans, monitor and control product quality to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements; 2. Participate in establishing and continuously improving the company's quality management system, organize and conduct internal training to enhance employees' quality awareness and skill levels, and promote the development of the company's quality culture; 3. Analyze and resolve quality problems, track and follow up on corrective and preventive measures, and ensure the effective implementation of improvement plans; 4. Collect and analyze quality data, prepare quality reports, provide quality performance analysis, and support the continuous improvement of product quality; 5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of quality-related activities and promote effective communication and cooperation; 6. Review and revise quality documents, such as inspection standards, operation procedures, etc., to ensure their accuracy and consistency; 7. Participate in supplier quality management, evaluate supplier quality performance, and provide support to improve supplier quality; 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in related fields such as quality management, engineering, etc.; 2. More than 3 years of work experience in quality management, familiar with quality management system standards (such as ISO 9001, etc.); 3. Proficient in quality control tools and methods, such as SPC, FMEA, etc.; 4. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to accurately identify and analyze quality issues; 5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with various departments and suppliers; 6. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to work under pressure; 7. Familiarity with quality-related regulations and standards; 8. Those with relevant certifications (such as CQE, etc.) are preferred.
