Quality Specialist

For a manufacturing company operating in the automotive/OEM sector, we are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in structured contexts and strong orientation towards continuous improvement. Location: Codogno (LO) The Role The figure will have a cross-functional role on quality clients, suppliers, process, and quality systems, collaborating closely with Production, Technical Office, Commercial Office, and Supply Chain and will be responsible for: Non-conformity management, customer complaints, and proactive activities to prevent defects and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean. He/She will also have experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
