Quality Specialist

For our client, an international production company and one of the leaders in its industry, we are looking for a Quality Specialist who will be responsible for the electrical assembly area.

Location: Łęczyca

• Broad quality control and assurance, including active support for the quality manager in defining quality objectives, deciding on the acceptance or rejection of supplies/products; performing quality control; collecting and reporting quality data; supporting compliance with ISO 9001; SAP support; overseeing non-conforming products and resolving quality issues; internal communication

• Process improvement and training, including analyzing the causes of complaints and nonconformities; implementing corrective and preventive actions; training employees on standards and techniques; active participation in projects related to introducing new products and optimizations; active involvement in eliminating waste and reducing costs, and implementing 5S principles

• In case of need, direct support for the production department in assembly, including quality control and electrical testing of devices, overseeing assembly activities in the electrical area, and directly participating in these activities, diagnostics, and standard electrical problems resolution

• Techincal education
• 2-3 years' experience on a similar position (in quality)
• Knowledge of quality procedures and tools
• Knowledge of measurement methods and tools
• Skill in reading electrical diagrams and technical drawings or openness to learning
• Prior knowledge of SEP would be an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office package
