Adecco Lifescience, a specialized division of the Adecco Group, is looking for an important company operating in the medical device sector is looking for a figure to be hired as:
Quality & Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Role description:
The resource will be part of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs team and will be responsible for document and regulatory management activities, ensuring product compliance with current regulations and supporting registration processes with the competent authorities.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of product registration activities according to current regulations;
- Preparation and updating of regulatory documentation;
- Management of registrations and fulfillments on the Ministry of Health portal;
- Support for activities related to quality management systems and ISO certifications;
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure regulatory and documentary compliance;
- Monitoring of regulatory updates and their reception in company documentation.
Required skills:
- Degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar);
- Experience, even if brief, in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs;
- Knowledge of sector regulations and registration procedures with the Ministry of Health;
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO certifications;
- Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork.
Requirements:
- Experience, even if brief in the role;
- Degree in scientific disciplines, preferably CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar;
- Knowledge of registration procedures with the Ministry of Health;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Work location: Milan MI (Bicocca Area)
Working hours: Part time 20 hours
What we offer:

- Temporary contract 6+6 months, CCNL Commercio, gross annual salary of approximately 15,000 euros (prorated for Part Time), category: employee;
