You will play a key role at the heart of our customer service quality. You will evolve within an expert and caring team, in a context of structuring and scaling up our new Quality and Process department.  

Missions:

• Daily Management: plan all services in the CRM to ensure perfect coverage of the portfolio.

• Field Logistics: organize provider tours (keys and access) in person in Paris and remotely for other regions.

• Quality Control: ensure the excellence of services provided and quickly resolve unforeseen field issues.

• Management & Optimization: manage the provider network and reinvent our assignment processes to gain efficiency.

Cross-functional Missions (Cleaning & Check-out Projects):

• Financial Monitoring: verify the conformity of provider invoices and streamline the approval process for the cleaning department.

Your Profile

• You are pursuing a degree in a real estate school, hotel management school, or project management.

• You demonstrate absolute rigor and a great attention to detail to ensure the quality of each intervention.

• You possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our field providers.

• You are very comfortable with digital tools and have a solid understanding of Excel basics.

• You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written (proficiency in English is a significant plus).
