You will play a key role at the heart of our customer service quality. You will evolve within an expert and supportive team, in a context of structuring and scaling up our new Quality and Process department. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily Management: Plan all services in the CRM to ensure perfect coverage of the portfolio.

• Field Logistics: Organize provider tours (keys and access) in person in Paris and remotely for other regions.

• Quality Control: Ensure the excellence of services rendered and quickly resolve on-site unforeseen issues.

• Management & Optimization: Lead the provider network and reinvent our assignment processes to gain efficiency.

Cross-functional Responsibilities (Cleaning & Check-out Projects):

• Financial Monitoring: Verify the compliance of provider invoices and streamline the approval process for the cleaning department.

Your Profile

• You are pursuing a degree in a school of real estate, hospitality, or project management.

• You demonstrate absolute rigor and a great attention to detail to ensure the quality of each intervention.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our on-site providers.

• You are very comfortable with digital tools and have a good command of Excel basics.

• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written (proficiency in English is a significant plus).
