Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement in unserem Werk in Pratau, bei Lutherstadt Wittenberg, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Quality Process Officer (m/w/d).

As Quality Process Officer (m/w/d) are you an important member of the local quality department and responsible for ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are released and processes comply with legal regulations, certification standards and internal company requirements.

Further main responsibilities:

• Process optimization & continuous improvement through e.g. cause analysis of quality deviations in the interface between quality – production – technology or derivation & implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Support in preparing & conducting certification and customer audits
• Active participation in the HACCP team
• Prompt handling of customer and supplier complaints
• Organization & conduct of regular employee training to ensure that systems & procedures are always fully understood and applied
• Collaboration with colleagues in the European network as well as with external contact partners

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• A successful completed education or degree in the field of food technology, food science, ecology or comparable education
• Practical work experience in the field, preferably in the food industry
• A high quality awareness and process technological knowledge
• Relevant experience with quality management systems as well as HACCP regulations
• Safe handling of all common MS-Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good and secure English skills in writing and speaking
• A pleasure in analytical & practical work as well as a team-oriented & goal-directed working style
• Sovereign appearance & independent approach to daily business
