YOUR TASKS

• Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve software quality assurance activities.
• Enhance the functionality of tools used for process evaluations.
• Apply existing methods and processes to increase confidence in the overall product quality level.
• Ensure that organizational processes are consistently applied in software development projects.
• Perform reviews of processes and work products and support software releases in compliance with HELLA process requirements.
• Monitor and regularly report the project quality status to management and development teams.
• Define, initiate, and track corrective actions in case of deviations until closure.
• Escalate deviations and risks that cannot be resolved at project level.
• Coach and support project teams and the organization on software quality topics and HELLA processes.
• Support project teams during internal and external (customer) assessments or audits.
• Contribute to process definition and continuous process improvement activities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of C programming and scripting languages such as VBA, Python, or Java.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and software quality assurance activities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO/IEC 15504 or Automotive SPICE is a plus.
• Familiarity with process models (e.g. V-Model) is an advantage.
• Proactive attitude, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
