Quality Partner

Make your mark for patients UCB is seeking to hire an exceptional Quality Partner, Who will directly support Alliance Partnerships in Mexico to ensure the proper oversight, from a global quality perspective of the activities UCB is performing for all global Alliance partners distributing or receiving global products to/from the different UCB entities. The goal of this function is to work with the responsible Quality Lead and act as a back-up as needed to: Ensure global quality practices are integrated into the daily operations of the Alliance Partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring and reporting on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, auditing, and process improvement, with a strong understanding of global quality standards and regulations. In addition to the above responsibilities, this role will also involve: Providing guidance and support to Alliance Partnerships on quality-related matters; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality initiatives; Identifying and mitigating risks related to quality; Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports; Ensuring compliance with UCB's quality policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
