Quality Operations Intern

We are looking for an Intern to support the Quality team with operational, documentation, reporting, and communication activities. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in governance, task tracking, and process organization. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable supporting leadership in critical operational routines. Responsibilities Assist with case audits and sampling processes, including evidence organization and documentation. Coordinate and track tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication. Provide administrative support to the Quality team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Support leadership in critical operational routines, such as meeting preparation, agenda development, and minute-taking. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
