Quality Operations Analyst
Job description
Ensure visibility, reliability, and tracking of operational performance and quality in the Fiber, Wireless, and DAS divisions, through the development and operation of dashboards and availability boards, validation of the quality of operational information, and identification of timely deviations, providing clear and actionable inputs to the O&M and Quality Manager for decision-making and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and availability boards; Validate the quality of operational information; Identify timely deviations; Provide clear and actionable inputs to the O&M and Quality Manager.
