Our client is a leading medical technology company from Oberkochen near Stuttgart, developing innovative solutions for ophthalmology and microsurgery. To support this, we are looking for a Quality Manager Vigilance Medical Technology (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks: Assessment and evaluation of complaints, ensuring compliance with EU MDR and FDA 21 CFR deadlines

Conducting root cause analyses and coordinating with departmental experts to initiate quality improvement measures

Processing safety correction measures in a process-compliant manner and timely reporting of vigilance activities to authorities

Creating statistical analyses and trend reports to support internal and regulatory requirements

Planning and controlling cross-functional sub-projects in the area of quality management and vigilance

Participating in the introduction and continuous improvement of the QM system according to ISO 13485:2016

Your profile: Completed university degree in medical technology, pharmaceutical technology, optometry or comparable qualification with relevant work experience

Multiple years of experience in quality management, particularly in the area of vigilance, post-market surveillance or complaint management, ideally in the medical technology sector

Fundamental knowledge of medical technology standards and regulatory requirements

Experience in analyzing regulatory requirements and handling databases

Basic statistics knowledge and experience in data analysis; knowledge of Power BI is an asset

Fluent English skills in writing and speaking, additional foreign language skills are desirable

Self-motivated, structured, and sustainable work style with high quality orientation
