Quality Manager

Varo S.r.l. VARO Srl, specialized company in the realization of machines for metal wire processing and welding, is looking for a Quality Manager. The resource will ensure the qualitative conformity of products, processes, and supplies of the company. It will coordinate quality control activities at intake, production, and exit, ensuring compliance with VARO standards, technical regulations, and customer requests. Main responsibilities: - Define, update, and monitor quality standards for machines and equipment. - Coordinate and supervise quality controls on components, carpentry, assemblies, and finished equipment. - Manage internal and external non-conformities, identifying causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures. - Collaborate with the technical office, production, warehouse, and service to ensure qualitative coherence throughout the production process. - Verify the quality of suppliers and support technical audits. - Write and maintain quality documentation (procedures, registers, test reports). - Support internal (FAT) and external (SAT) tests and final machine-client delivery. - Propose continuous improvements to reduce errors, delays, and non-quality costs. Requirements: - Previous experience in quality, preferably in the machinery/automation sector. - Technical skills in mechanics, carpentry, pneumatics, and electricity. - Knowledge of measurement tools and quality control techniques. - Analysis, problem-solving, and priority management capabilities. - Good communication skills to interface with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
