Quality Manager

Quality Manager We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Santo André plant, supporting a manufacturing operation within the automotive/industrial environment. This role will be responsible for leading the Quality area, ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system, customer requirements, audits, corrective and preventive actions, quality indicators, and product/process quality. Main responsibilities: Ensure the quality management system is properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved; Develop and implement quality policies, procedures and standards; Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015; Identify and correct non-conformities and deviations from established processes; Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformities; Monitor and analyze quality indicators (e.g. defect rate, customer satisfaction); Ensure product/process quality meets customer requirements; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality policies and procedures; Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the Quality area.
