Quality Manager

Location: Spain - Madrid/Zaragoza Start: April 2026 Duration: 6 -12 Months Position Summary: We are looking for a highly driven Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for the manufacture of generators supplying mission-critical data centre projects . This role is central to ensuring products meet the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and performance expected by hyperscale and colocation data centre clients across Europe. The successful candidate will own the entire quality process from design to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of product development, production, and testing are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This includes developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, and standards, as well as conducting audits and assessments to verify compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, preferably with experience in the data centre or renewable energy sectors. Additionally, they should be familiar with relevant regulations such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and IEC 62351, as well as industry standards like EN 50131-1 and EN 50131-2. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
