Your impact as Quality Manager
Quality doesn't happen behind a desk. You see it on the shop floor, in processes, and in people's behavior. In this role, you will be visible in the production environment, actively improve what can be improved, and ensure that quality is truly embraced. You combine overview with action. You don't just monitor systems; you elevate them to a higher level.

What you will do concretely
* You will manage a team of 5 colleagues (quality, lab, product development) and support their growth.
* You will be ultimately responsible for the quality system and HACCP.
* You will guide audits (customers, certification, government).
* You will analyze risks and initiate improvement actions.
* You will handle complaints and translate them into structural solutions.
* You will set up corrective and preventive actions.
* You will lead initiatives related to HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud, and internal audits.
* You will collaborate closely with production, sales, purchasing, and management.
* You will be the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and external partners.
* You will monitor the quality from raw material to finished product.
* You will ensure that quality is alive on the shop floor through training and communication.

Profile* Relevant bachelor's or master's degree is a must (food science, bio-engineering, chemistry, or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within the food or production industry.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and quality systems.
* Experience with audits (IFS, BRC = a plus).
* Experience with complaint management and improvement processes.
* Good command of Dutch and English.
* Proficient with ERP and MS Office.
