We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/w/d) with passion and responsibility to join our team at a senior living facility in Mainz am Rhein as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

• Aufbau und Pflege effektiver Qualitätsmanagementsysteme
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Audits und Kontrolle der Pflegequalität
• Weiterbildung und Beratung des Teams im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
• Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitäts- und Rechtsvorgaben

YOUR PROFILE:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Pflege, Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Praxis im Qualitätsmanagement im Gesundheits- oder Pflegebereich
• Tiefgehendes Wissen zu gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Qualitätsrichtlinien
• Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationskompetenz mit strukturierter Vorgehensweise
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
