Quality Manager

We are a specialized industry in the manufacturing of components for electric vehicles, hybrids and internal combustion engines. We have the support of 4,000 workers distributed across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers to serve over 100 clients. Do you motivate solving challenges in demanding industrial environments? At Draxton Lleida, located in Cervera, we want to incorporate the person who will occupy the position of Quality Manager. In this role, the person responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are aligned with the company's quality policy, implementing corrective actions when necessary, and monitoring the effectiveness of these actions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard is required. The person must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and ability to analyze complex data.
