Quality Manager - within an ICT managed service

As Quality Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving quality within the ICT-managed services of one of our clients. In a dynamic and inclusive work environment, you will support strategic projects, including the transformation of a monolithic application into a microservices architecture. This application contains features comparable to a bank application (payments, accounts, refunds) and bookkeeping management.

Collaboration is central: you will work closely with priority teams such as accounting, transactions, orders, rules, and interfaces, and present your insights during steering committee meetings with the client.

Main tasks

• Monitoring quality within assigned ICT projects and processes.

• Drafting quality reports, proposing improvements, and following up on actions.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of quality standards.

• Quality control of requirements management (from BusinessCase to UserStory, mapping).

• Analytical and organizational thinking about the implementation of requirements into ICT solutions.

• Identifying and reporting new and existing KPIs for projects and organization.

• Following up on test strategy together with the Test Manager, including go/no-go decisions and incident classification.

• Acting proactively when inconsistencies and risks arise between development and testing.

• Reviewing deliverables such as analyses, guidelines, test cases, test reports, and release notes.

• Tutoring junior colleagues on the topic of quality and Agile Scrum.

• Counseling ICT projects and teams and advising stakeholders on quality policy.
