We're… **The Opportunity** We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in Auckland. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through the effective management of 3PM (Third Party Manufacturers) and suppliers. This is a critical role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring consumer confidence in our brands. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the quality and food safety of products manufactured by 3PMs and supplied by external suppliers. * Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with GF standards and relevant regulations. * Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and procurement, to drive continuous improvement. * Review and approve specifications, and ensure adherence to quality control procedures. * Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Provide technical expertise and support to 3PMs and suppliers on quality-related matters. * Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations. **About You:** * Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience in a quality management role within the food industry. * Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP). * Experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with 3PM management is highly desirable. **Why join us?** * Be part of a leading food company with iconic brands. * Opportunity to make a real impact on product quality and safety. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Professional development opportunities. **How to apply?** If this sounds like your next career move, then please apply today!
