Your tasks: Creating, implementing and refining quality systems compliant with regulatory requirements from various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals and packaging; Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as production managers, quality assurance specialists and other department heads; Providing training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and procedures; Conducting audits and assessments of quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements; Developing and maintaining documentation related to quality management, including policies, procedures and records; Providing support and guidance to employees on quality-related issues; Conducting root cause analysis of non-conformities and developing corrective actions; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities; Developing and implementing a quality improvement plan; Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement process improvements; Providing training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and procedures; Conducting audits and assessments of quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements; Developing and maintaining documentation related to quality management, including policies, procedures and records; Providing support and guidance to employees on quality-related issues; Conducting root cause analysis of non-conformities and developing corrective actions; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities;
