Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• Surety of organizational compliance through clearly defined processes, roles, and responsibilities
• Responsibility for maintaining and developing ISO 9001- and ISO 14001-certifications
• Etablishment, maintenance, and development of an effective process and document management system
• Qualification, training, and re-qualification of process responsible persons
• BUILDING AND GUIDING A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLATFORM ACROSS ALL COMPANY PROCESSES
• Analysis of process performance and derivation of targeted improvement potential
• Development and implementation of process-specific improvement roadmaps in collaboration with the Process Owners
• Conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external audits
• PROMOTING A SUSTAINABLE QUALITY AND IMPROVEMENT CULTURE THROUGH CLEAR COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP FUNCTION

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Completed studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management
• Fundamental experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (re-certification advantageous)
• Auditor qualification desirable
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Experience in a global, multi-site organization advantageous
• High self-motivation, structured work style, and strong implementation strength
