Adecco For our customer, we are looking for a quality-conscious and engaged person as Quality Management Employee. Our customer develops and produces high-quality products for the Life Science industry. The company distributes both own developments and international laboratory solutions worldwide. Tasks - Maintenance, care, and further development of the quality management system - Ensuring compliance with normative requirements, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements (Compliance) - Identification, investigation, and evaluation of weaknesses, deviations (Deviations), and OOS results, as well as introduction and monitoring of suitable corrective measures (Corrective and Preventive Actions, CAPA) - Identification, investigation, and evaluation of customer complaints, as well as introduction and monitoring of suitable corrective measures - Ensuring the quality of products and processes - Creating, maintaining, and releasing work instructions (SOPs), checklists, forms, etc. - Planning, conducting, and monitoring validations and qualifications - Planning and conducting training sessions on quality management - Collaboration on various projects Profile - Completed natural science university degree, e.g., in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or biochemistry, or a similar education (e.g., Quality Engineer) - Knowledge of cell biology and cell culture as well as the production of sterile products is advantageous - Experience in quality management in the chemical, biotechnological, or pharmaceutical industry is desirable - Knowledge of quality principles, procedures, and standards of the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. GMP) - Excellent oral and written German and English skills - Good knowledge of documentation systems and deepened IT skills - Excellent communication and team skills Advantages - Comprehensive onboarding and a pleasant working environment - Cooperative and appreciative superiors as well as a dynamic and competent team are expected - Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchy - Free parking space at the company site - Close ÖV connection - 40-hour week - Usual holidays plus 4-7 additional bridge days - 4 weeks of paternity leave - Worldwide top-class insured in case of accident - 100% salary continuation in case of illness or accident Contact information If you have any further questions about this job posting (Reference: JN-072025-812447), please contact Lisa Schäfauer at +41 58233 3404.
