Quality Inspector - Metalmecánica

Ensure that specifications and parameters established by the organization and our clients are met through inspection and disposition of raw materials, work-in-progress, parts, and finished goods entering John Crane México for sale and assembly of our products. To achieve customer satisfaction and maintenance of our quality, safety, and environmental systems.

•Validate manufactured, assembled in plant, and delivered materials, components, and subassemblies that meet specifications described in plans and global and local standards.

•Perform transactions in SAP according to the validation result.

•Identify inspection states of materials and safeguard them if disposal is required.

•Conduct audits on manufacturing and assembly processes based on control plan and product or process criticality.

•Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on failures in products or processes presented during working hours. Additionally, identify safety or environmental hazards.

•Strengthen good measurement practices, proper use, and maintenance of measuring equipment.
