Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for executing activities related to quality control, performing visual inspections and measurements according to the control plan and recording the results of inspections, releasing test results in Oracle system. Under the supervision of the Quality Engineer and collaboration with the Quality Technician, this position must ensure that all productive processes comply with customer quality standards. Identify defects in products and scale with the Quality Technician

Duties of the position:

• Execute quality controls during production process
• Collaborate on investigations and root cause analysis of quality issues
• Perform specific verifications for each product, inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and classify non-conforming products according to quality documentation
• Contribute to data collection and analysis for rejection reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to execute inspections, measurements and tests, in order to ensure and maintain quality controls.
• SUPPORT continuous improvement projects of the plant.
• Provide support for customer complaints and provide feedback on quality events
