Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

1. Entwicklung von Freigabeprozessen

• Analyse and evaluation of existing release processes for commercial pharmaceuticals regarding regulatory requirements and compliance risks, identification of potential improvements also considering the separation of local from regional release activities.
• Preparation and documentation of new or optimized release processes under consideration of current regulatory requirements (e.g. EU-GMP, FDA).
• Definition of clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making paths in the release process with a focus on interfaces.

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Vorgaben während der Freigabe.
• Beratung zu Risiken und Kontrollmechanismen im Freigabeprozess.
• Implementation of measures to ensure regulatory compliance in the release process and to prevent deviations.

• Development of training materials and conduct of trainings for internal stakeholders to introduce new release processes.
• Accompaniment of change management to successfully implement processes and promote acceptance within the company.

• Exchange with local quality assurance departments, quality control, production, regulatory affairs, and supply chain.
• Coordination with external partners and service providers to ensure a smooth release process flow.

• Preparation of SOPs, working instructions, and process documentation.
• Presentation of reports and presentations on project progress and process quality for management.

• Beratung and preparation of the company regarding regulatory audits and inspections in the release process area.

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in kommerziellen Freigabeprozessen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen (EU-GMP, ICH, FDA).
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kommerzielle Abläufe und deren regulatorische Implikationen
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
