Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Location: Pune | Budget: Up to 11 LPA | Education: 15 years full-time education | Experience: 5 years Role Overview We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional to lead testing strategies, manage a quality engineering team, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for testing activities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional and possess a deep understanding of its features and functionalities. In addition, you should have experience in leading testing strategies, managing quality engineering teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing plans, conducting testing activities, and reporting test results to stakeholders. This role also requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in software testing. In addition, you should have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional and possess a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
