As a Quality Engineering Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role is critical in supporting the growth of our business by identifying and mitigating risks, improving processes, and developing innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications, ensuring that they are reliable, scalable, and meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining quality engineering processes and procedures. • Collaborating with development teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives. • Designing and executing testing strategies and test plans to ensure high-quality software applications. • Identifying and mitigating risks, improving processes, and developing innovative solutions. • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure that quality engineering initiatives align with business objectives. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve quality engineering capabilities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, or a related field. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality engineering principles. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
