Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing quality management systems in accordance with automotive industry standards.

Monitoring and evaluating process performance to ensure compliance with quality standards. Production processes include injection molding, painting, chemical chrome plating, and assembly.

Identifying and investigating non-conformities, developing and implementing corrective actions.

Closely collaborating with operational departments to continuously improve processes and products.

Active participation in reviewing and updating procedures and work instructions.

Requirements:

Degree in engineering or equivalent.

Prior experience in quality field.

Solid knowledge of quality standards and tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Oriented towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
