Quality Engineer

The Quality organization is currently seeking a solutions-oriented individual to join the Quality team at Saltillo Truck Light Duty(STLD) in Saltillo, México. This position offers the selected candidate an opportunity to be an integral part of a company whose focus is to change the automotive landscape. The selected candidate will oversee and review project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the product meets or exceeds customers’ needs and expectations. Specific responsibilities are: • Review and analyze project deliverables for compliance with quality standards; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; • Develop and maintain quality procedures, guidelines, and training materials; • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards; • Identify and report non-conformities and corrective actions; • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of products and services.
