Quality Engineer/ Quality Inspector

Overview:

The Quality Engineer/Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the established standards of quality and reliability. The position is crucial in maintaining the high level of quality control within the organization and it directly impacts customer satisfaction and the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials and products
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Participate in the resolution of product and process problems
• Document testing and inspection results
• Conduct internal audits and supplier evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and engineering teams
• Participate in the development of new products and processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in quality engineering or inspection
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE) is a plus
