Your responsibilities
Processing, evaluation, and coordination of assigned quality notes and quality notifications in production and with internal suppliers
Leading and supporting root cause analyses, defining corrective actions, and ensuring effective and sustainable implementation
Creation and optimization of inspection plans, control plans, sampling concepts, and quality control points for series production
Support of quality planning activities, industrialization projects, APQP processes, and the introduction of new products into production
Support of supplier quality activities, including review of FAI documentation, processing of quality deviations, and collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
Preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits, as well as the creation, maintenance, and improvement of quality processes, work instructions, and quality specifications
What convinces us
Technical education with a completed degree (University of Applied Sciences/University) in a relevant field of study
Several years of professional experience in quality development, quality control, production quality, supplier quality, or production planning
Sound knowledge of problem-solving methods, root cause analysis, and quality assurance, as well as experience with FAI, inspection planning, control plans, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, or comparable methods
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards
Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level) and proficient use of SAP and MS Office
Independent, reliable, and proactive personality with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as an analytical and structured approach to work
