As Quality Engineer you are the driving force behind improving, coordinating and optimizing our quality processes—both at our location in Waregem, as well as with our suppliers.
What you do
- You analyze and resolve customer complaints structurally, while providing feedback to the test engineer, R&D team and sales.
- As Quality engineer you set up the right processes to ensure that we can quickly and accurately solve problems and communicate about them.
- You are closely involved in the NPI process and help ensure that everything is qualitatively designed.
- You define the test plan for all our new product developments and align it with the specific needs of each product. Testing new products can always take place in our extensive test chamber.
- You determine KPIs and quality control processes within Locinox and optimize what exists.
- You manage certification and standardization.
