Quality Engineer

The company is a dynamic reality operating in the metalworking sector. For them, we are looking for a resource to be inserted with the role of

QUALITY ENGINEER

who will ensure that products meet quality standards throughout the production process, collaborating with various departments to implement quality control procedures, ensure compliance with industry standards and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Specifically, it will be responsible for:

• developing, implementing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that products meet predetermined standards;
• performing regular inspections and audits on production processes to identify areas for improvement;
• analyzing quality data and generating reports to monitor performance and compliance;
• ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards;
• conducting root cause analysis of quality defects and implementing corrective actions;
• providing training to personnel on quality requirements and best practices;
• maintaining updated and accurate quality documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• a technical or engineering degree or equivalent;
• experience in the role acquired within the metalworking sector;
• in-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g. SPC, FMEA, 8D);
• excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions;
• good communication and teamwork skills;
• good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• excellent spoken and written English language skills.
