Responsibilities The resource, responding to the Production Unit Manager, will be responsible for the following activities: - Writing non-conformity reports to send to the customer; - Resolving non-conformities with the customer and any charges (in collaboration with B.O and/or F.O); - Writing conformity declarations and sending them to the customer; - Writing test reports and sending them to the customer; - Checking and calibrating instruments; - Writing instrument control sheets (level gauges, scales, thermocouples, pH meters); - Checking and entering customer complaints; - Verifying complaint resolution with management updates; - Archiving quality production documentation. Profile Candidates will be evaluated for selection in possession of the following requirements: - Technical diploma; - Minimum experience in the role in modernly organized realities; - Knowledge of product standards; - Good knowledge of English language.
