RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage a team consisting of quality coordinators, inspectors, and auditors. This team ensures the maintenance of SGQ and verifies its application to all stakeholders based on identified risks (threats and opportunities);
  
• The Quality Director guarantees that all documentation related to SGQ is organized, accessible, and regularly updated;
  
• Implementation and coordination of corrective measures;
  
• Analysis of non-conformities and implementation of an improvement process to prevent recurrence;
  
• Coordination of continuous improvement initiatives; particularly those resulting from risk management;
  
• Supervision of tasks related to SGQ;
  
• Operational and strategic follow-up;
  
• Presentation of quality reports (monthly and annual sections of the SGQ in project reports);
  
• Organization of director reviews;
  
• Periodic evaluation of SGQ performance and areas for improvement.
  

• Hold 15-20 years of experience in quality management on major construction projects or equivalents;
  
• Knowledge in the field of major construction projects;
  
• Auditor ISO 9001 (auditor, a plus);
  
• Experience with projects involving a large number of stakeholders.
  

• Excellent communicator with a large number of internal and external stakeholders;
  
• Good synthesis capacity;
  
• Good team management, including engineers and technicians.
