As part of its development, our client is looking for: Quality Controller High Watchmaking [H/F/X] Responsibilities - Conduct aesthetic control of watch components according to high standards. - Perform dimensional control using measurement instruments. - Verify compliance of parts with demanding specifications from the brand. - Identify and document non-conformities, propose corrective actions. - Work in collaboration with decoration and watchmaking spaces to ensure an impeccable quality standard. - Participate in continuous process improvement. Profile - Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in quality control in high-end watchmaking. - Very good knowledge of aesthetic criteria specific to high-end watchmaking. - Mastery of measurement instruments and control tools. - Attention to detail, autonomy, rigorous spirit, natural quality requirement - Experience in an artisanal or semi-industrial environment.
