Quality Control Technician - Steel Industry

For our client, a steel products manufacturer, we are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join their team in Myszkow.

• Performing dimensional and visual inspections according to technical drawings and 3D models.
• Making measurements using measurement tools, micrometers, calipers, and a measuring arm (Hexagon) with PCDMIS and METROLOG X4 software.
• Overseeing the quality of painting, checking holes and threads after the coating process.
• Managing and verifying control-measuring equipment according to schedule and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards at every stage of production.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the steel sector.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience working with a measuring arm and knowledge of PCDMIS and METROLOG X4 software.
• Able to work two shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
• Good organization, precision, and attention to detail.
• We are also open to candidates with experience as assemblers who want to develop their skills in quality control.
• Mileage is given to first-degree technical graduates with some experience, ready to learn and develop.
• Familiarity with German language will be an additional asset.
